Interior and Retail Planning

Design and shade planning for Green Grass Homewears, Bulimba. Client was in favour of retractible awning but modelling showed that only three linked umbrellas and hard awning over door entrances would provide the shade result sought at the hottest parts of the day.
 

Many business owners are capable of designing their own retail space especially if they've managed a retail space in the past. We can model ideas and preferences which can also be easily converted into plans for council planning and building permits.

Manta Ray Structure modelled for the City Of Yarra - Nth Fitzroy

Modelled for Subway Latrobe Univ B"doora. Critical positioning to ensure overhang into garden space and clearance from building fascia.

Modelled for Woodend property to determine position and shade path over dining and pool.

This model was used to adapt an existing design and ensure the umbrella didn't clash with the eaves when rotated

Doors & Furniture

Modelling a period door allows the client to preview a photo realistic image of the furniture prior to production. The model can then be placed into into another model for preview.
